Chess is a great strategic game that develops logic, tactical thinking, and visual memory. Our version offers 4 unique game modes!

Modes:

-Classic: For connoisseurs of tradition. No shortcuts, just a pure strategic confrontation with a smart AI or a friend.

-Fisher's Chess: Tired of memorized openings? The pieces on the back rank are randomly shuffled every time. Get ready to improvise from the very first seconds!

-Horde Mode: Do you feel strength in numbers? Play as the Horde – you have three whole rows of pawns against the opponent's standard army! Sweep your opponent away with an avalanche or die trying, but do it beautifully.

-Random Position: The game starts where you least expect it! The board creates a random position, throwing you right into the thick of the action without any warm-up.

Play against an AI with adjustable difficulty or play against each other on the same device.

Think through your tactics, set up spectacular checkmates, and enjoy every game!

How to play

The game's controls are simple and convenient – you can play in the way you're most comfortable with: by clicking or dragging pieces.

🖱️ Two ways to make a move:

-By Clicking: Left-click on a piece – the game will show all available squares for a move. Then click on the chosen square to move the piece.

-By Dragging: Hold down the left mouse button on a piece and simply drag it to the desired square. Release the button – the move is made!

👑 Special Moves:

-Castling: Want to hide your king behind the rook? Just move the king two squares towards the rook – the game will automatically perform the castling.

-Pawn Promotion: When a pawn reaches the last rank, it turns into a queen.

🎮 Starting the Game:
In the main menu, select one of the four modes, decide which color to play, and choose your opponent – the smart AI or a friend on the same computer.
