Scoundrel forces you to balance your limited health against a treacherous dungeon deck. You navigate forty-four cards by deciding which monsters to engage and which treasures to stash for later. Each room presents four cards where you choose three to interact with while leaving one behind to haunt your future turns. This roguelike card game requires sharp logic because your weapons degrade and your potions vanish if you pick them at the wrong moment. Mastering the flow of cards is the only way to survive the relentless onslaught of goblins and skeletons. You might flee from a room to avoid a bad hand but doing so repeatedly spells certain doom. Compete in daily challenges to test your skills against a shared leaderboard and climb to the top of the ranks. Strategy defines your success in this intense solitaire variant since every point of health represents your survival. Play Scoundrel right in your browser without any annoying downloads or registrations.
Get through the whole deck of 44 cards with at least 1 health left. Cards arrive in rooms of four.
• In each room take any three cards in any order. The fourth stays and carries over to the next room.
• ♠ Spades and ♣ clubs are monsters. The number is their strength: how much health a hit costs. Jack 11, queen 12, king 13, ace 14.
• ♦ Diamonds are weapons. A weapon softens a monster's hit by its number. After a win, it can only be used on monsters no stronger than the last one it beat.
• ♥ Hearts are potions. They heal by their number, but never above 20. Only the first potion in a room works.
• Don't like the room? Flee before taking a card. Just not twice in a row.
Tap a card to take it. For a monster, choose fists or your weapon: the buttons show how much health you will lose.
