How to play
Goal - descend as deep as you can and defeat the bosses.
Movement. PC: WASD or arrow keys. Mobile: on-screen joystick. Walk up to chests, merchants, NPCs and objects and press E (on mobile - the action button). The door at the top of a room leads to the next floor.
Combat. Battles are turn-based with an ATB gauge: when it fills, choose Attack, Magic, Item, Defend or Flee. Hit an enemy with its elemental weakness for extra damage; magic costs MP. Find enemy tips in the bestiary.
Progress. Victories grant XP, gold and loot. Buy gear from merchants, open chests, take quests (the journal is the book button). At the smithy, combine two identical weapons or armor to raise them to +N, and equip talismans for bonuses.
Death and score. If your hero falls, revive them with a phoenix feather. The deeper you go and the more you achieve, the higher your place on the leaderboard.
Tip: pick a difficulty that suits you and don't charge in blindly - sometimes fleeing pays off.
