How to play

- Buy land plots, buildings, open businesses and earn money.

- Increase the speed of earning income by opening businesses in the corresponding districts (the color of the business should match the color of the district).
- Some businesses do not generate income in the wrong type of districts.
- Buying 5 or more plots of land in the same district makes you the owner of the district and increases the income from all your businesses in that district.
- When half of the blocks are sold out, the price of land, buildings and their upgrades increases 10 times. The income from all businesses that are located in the respective districts increases by a factor of 2, and the income from all others decreases by a factor of 2.
