If it lands next to a group of at least two balloons of the same colour, they will all explode.
If there are less than two or none, you get a foul.

The colour of the next balloon is shown in the bottom left corner.
If you pop all the balloons of a colour, no more balloons of that colour will appear, even if a balloon of that colour is placed next (it will be replaced by a balloon of an available colour).
If you pop all the balloons on the board, you win the game.
