"Tavlei" is a digital adaptation of the ancient board game, also known as Hnefatafl. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of ancient Rus, where the Prince's squad must protect their leader from overwhelming invader forces. It is a game of tactics, strategy, and calculation.

How to play

Two players compete: one for the Defenders (Prince and squad), the other for the Attackers.
- **Defenders' Goal**: Escort the Prince (center piece) to any of the four corners of the board.
- **Attackers' Goal**: Surround the Prince on four sides (or three if the fourth is the throne or board edge) and capture him.
- **Moves**: All pieces move like a Rook in chess — any number of squares vertically or horizontally.
- **Attack**: An enemy piece is captured if it is sandwiched between two of your pieces.
